Daily Handicap formula = 

((GA Handicap x Slope Rating ÷ 113) + (Scratch Rating minus Par)) x 0.93 x Consistency Factor*

* Consistency Factor values: Women/Girls = 1.0483 | Men/Boys = 0.9986
