Mark Mostyn had organized most of the day despite his medical situation.
Bunkers were out, preferred lies through the green, some holes shortened, and field was able to be spread out because of vacancies, meant it was a quick day.

Moved by Bruce Baker seconded by Russell Cruickshank and agreed by all that these dates be accepted.
Noel Byles: There had been discussion after the SMEG Tournament run at Richmond Golf Club in January that it should be held again next year. Delegates are asked to discuss with their club whether they may be able to hold it. Possible date in April and WSRVGA would provide $2000 sponsorship for this.
To be discussed at next meeting.
Kim Stockbridge: Raised the idea of increasing the cost of games from $20 to $25 next year.
Comments were made regarding cost of living.
Bruce: We are trying to attract people to golf. 25% is a large increase.
Les asked members to go back to their clubs to get their thoughts.
Kim will continue the discussion at Stonecutters regarding their situation.
10. Michelle May: WSRVGA website
Explained that Google Drive was the easiest solution to archive our documents.
Decided that only Michelle, Russell and Judy would have access to it.
Judy agreed that she would like to learn how to load documents etc. Will contact Michelle regarding this.
New photos needed for the website. Judy asked if each club could supply some, doesn’t need to be taken at an Interclub game.
Facebook page is well used. Michelle offered to assist anyone with issues. She will be available after the Penrith Interclub game.
