3. Adoption of Council Minutes 27th September 2023.
Moved by Noel Byles, seconded by Martin Berg and agreed by all that the Minutes of the Previous Meeting were a true and accurate record.
4. Matters arising from Council Minutes 27th September 2023.
Les: Interclub dates have been circulated and agreed.
Noel B: According to the dates set out, April (spare month) was month suggested for Interclub game.
Les: The idea was originally to create interest at the start of the year, not April.
Paul: Dunheved would be interested in the future but felt that it was too close to their game next year.
Russell: Penrith would be interested in running it on January 23rd 2024 using the same set up as at Richmond in January 2023.
Motion that Penrith be authorized to hold the Interclub event was moved by Paul Fairbrother seconded by Martin Berg and agreed by all.
Judy to send Russell all relevant documents from Jan 2023.
Russell hopeful of having entry forms available within 2 weeks.
Prize money would come from green fees and $2000 sponsorship from WSRVGA.

5. Correspondence.

6. Finances.
Financial Summary of accounts for 2022-2023 has been emailed to all.

7. Playing dates 2024.
These have already been approved.
Noel B handed out entry forms for Richmond Feb 2024. Closing date 9thFeb .

These have already been approved.
9. Interclub events 2023.
· Player of the Year
Noel has requested players to choose a shirt, and embroidery will be organized.
Judy has medals, certificates and payment for vouchers from NSWVGA.
· Club of the year
Congratulations to Glenmore on a very close win.
Shield is still with Penrith. Col Barton will deliver to Judy for engraving.
· Penrith Interclub report
Russell: There were delays at the beginning with issues with the cards.
Despite this, play was reasonably quick.
Canteen was well patronized despite no option to pre-order.
10. Membership
Judy had circulated a summary of membership for last 4 years. Big drop in 2022 when Windsor did not rejoin WSRVGA. Otherwise, membership was similar to last year, but with more ladies joining NSWVGA.
Membership cards for 2024 were handed out and those clubs that have not forwarded membership and payment, were encouraged to do asap.
11. General Business
Les: Asked for any changes in Club delegates.
Penrith: Col Barton new additional delegate
Glenmore: David Craig Williams is moving to Queensland. Peter Aroney will be new delegate.
Dunheved:
Paul mentioned that Kim had brought up suggestion of raising fee to $25.
Les commented that clubs had agreed that $20 was acceptable but Kim was to discuss with Craig Scott to see Stonecutters position.
Wallacia:
Noel H: No updates on the future of the golf course.
Les thanked everyone for a fantastic year and for their assistance and guidance. It was a pleasure working with all delegates and the Executive.
12. Next meeting will be on Wednesday 7th Feb. 2024 at Leonay Golf Club beginning at 2pm.
