7. Matters arising from Executive Minutes 25th August and 20th October 2021
25th August motion passed by Executive that clubs that were unable to host Interclub games in 2021 would retain balls and vouchers as compensation. Advised by auditor that motion was out of order with Constitution.
20th October, on advice from the auditor, motion was rescinded. These clubs would use balls and vouchers for Interclub games, other 3 clubs to receive $500 sponsorship.
Special Motion from Mick Toohey to amend the previous motion has been received and emailed to all.
Mick explained that the vouchers and balls were of less than $500 in value. Unfair situation.
Special Motion: WSRVGA for 2022 Interclub Competition will provide $500 to each club as per By-Law 2.16. For the 5 clubs which did not host an event during 2021, the $500 will include the vouchers 100% value and golf balls discounted by 25% that have already been supplied plus an additional amount to make the value to $500.
