Moved by Jeff Donley, seconded by Russell Cruickshank and agreed by all that the Minutes of the Previous Meeting were a true and accurate record.

Ross Fowler has not yet been contacted. Wayne Beesley to see Tracy (Dunheved) to follow up.

5 Correspondence:
Correspondence File has been emailed to all. Judy explained that several membership enquires from Windsor have been received. Les has received advice regarding letter from Bendigo Bank re lodging Tax File Number. Judy to follow up with the bank.

7. Set date for Leonay event postponed from 17th May:
Robert Chruszcz said there will need to be 2 games in some months to get Interclub programme completed. Les agreed there is no other option. Also, there is a need to honour sponsors and use prizes which have been carried over from last year.
Moved by Robert, seconded by Noel B and agreed by all that the Leonay Interclub event be held on Tuesday 27th September.
8. Update Penrith event scheduled for Tuesday 7th June 2022.
Russell explained that the course had been closed and clubs advised.
Moved by Russell, seconded by Robert and agreed by all, that Penrith Interclub game will be held on Tuesday 18th October 2022.
Judy to send out revised schedule.

10. History of WSRVGA
Noel B; The booklet has now been printed and 6 copies available for each club.
Les thanked Noel for the incredible amount of work and his diligence over many years to get this completed. He has done a magnificent job.
Booklet will be available on the website.
Moved by Noel, seconded by Peter Watson and agreed by all for the payment of $400 to cover the printing expences.
Les: There has been discussion about the keeping of previous minutes/annual reports/financial reports. NSWVGA has about 10-12 years on their website. Noel B has many records, as does Russell C.
Russell to inform Judy what he has. Les and Noel to also check their records. The thought is that these will be scanned and uploaded to the website.
11. Meeting date scheduled for 28th September- Leonay G.C. not available
Charity Day being held on that date, so Club is not available. Moved by Les, seconded by Robert and agreed by all that the meeting date be changed to 21st September.

Russell: Need for current information and news to be made available. Difficult when Interclub games are not being played.
Executive photos are being updated.
Noel R suggested all need to advertise the website and Facebook page to club members.
13: General Business:
Dunheved: Carts have been available on and off. 85% of the course is more than playable. Fields are up by 25% because the course is open.
Penrith: Course opened on Monday to walkers only with reduced numbers. Closed last 3 weeks. 2-3 weeks before carts will be available.
Springwood: Playing a composite course – 9 holes played twice. Carts on and off.
Richmond: 3 holes out of play, 2 others reduced to par 3. Approach to Golf Australia for a temporary rerating.
Glenmore: Course has been open nearly all the time. Tees and greens are in great condition. Fairways being damaged. Carts are available most of the time. If there is any heavy rain, the Interclub is in doubt.
Peter Murphy: Interclub Information (20th July)
Nomination forms will be sent out mid-June, returned by 2 weeks before.
Catering problem, no club house or kitchen. 3 ladies have put together a minimum menu, sausage sizzle, sandwiches and pies. Vouchers to be sold before.
Club House and bar still open. Cart hire $30, own carts $10. Nominate on registration form, pay at Pro Shop.
Leonay: If clubs have not received refund of nomination fees, contact Bruce Baker.
Only 2-3 days golf not available. Carts are used at the discretion of the greenkeeper. Greens and tee boxes are fantastic, in between, some bad spots. Learn to play to the conditions.
Wallacia: St Johns Park has been able to purchase 5 acres of Crown Land for redevelopment of Club House and synthetic green. No start date available yet.
Course is in woeful condition, carts have been allowed on too freely.
Peter Murphy asked when dates for Interclub for next year will be decided.
Les replied it would be put on the agenda for next meeting. Judy to send out 2023 sheet. Clubs to bring dates to the next meeting.
