4. REVIEW OF EXECUTIVE MEETING (13.01.2021):
It was agreed that Interclub events needed to proceed this year. Only 16 players from each club would be nominated. Clubs to decide whether to have a shot gun start or 2 tee start.
Discussion followed regarding both options, 16 or 18 players, consideration of future easing of restrictions. Decision was needed as the Wallacia event is on 19th Feb.
Moved by Mick Toohey, seconded by Noel Rowsell and carried with 1 objection, that the Wallacia Interclub event would be a shot gun start with 18 players from each club.
Springwood is the next event in March. Mark Mostyn – too early to make decisions, but at the moment Springwood will be a 1 tee start. Problem is the small size of the Pro Shop.
Moved by Mark Mostyn, seconded by Noel Rowsell and carried, that there be 18 players at all games.

Richard Doyle (Glenmore) Australian Golf Heritage Society Museum in Granville closed 18 months ago. They have reopened 2 museums. One in new club house at Strathfield Golf Club, and other will open soon in Tuncurry.
They hope to get new members through a recruitment programme. About 12-15 events held each year, including the annual J J Paine Shield in Windsor. Richard is keen to get events at Richmond and Glenmore to help celebrate the history of golf in NSW and Australia. Clubs being used must be pre-1940.
Richmond is the oldest golf club in Australia on its original site (Oct 1897). See Richard if interested.
John Lovatt has stood down from leadership at Glenmore. Malcolm Dean has taken over the Vets.
The Club House is now open, but no indication as to when the kitchen may reopen.
Wayne Beesley (Dunheved) Club House renovations are going well, just need more members. Council still concerned about the road that Lend Lease was supposed to build. This will give better access to the course.
Mick Toohey (Wallacia) The decision re the cemetery should be made in February.
